Hello World! First of all we would like to thank you for purchasing our Templates & Themes! We will do our best to assist you with any issues & bugs related to the use of our themes as soon as possible. However, always perform a forum search first and check the FAQs before you post. Please read our policy support as it will be very helpful, it will take just a few minutes.

As we have been for a long time customers of Envato, we know at first-hand the meaning of the word support. So, it’s with a great pleasure that we offer you our full and dedicated support.


We advise you, before asking any question:

  • Read the documentation which is included in the download file. It is highly possible that it will cover your question as it is written in an analytic and easy to read way.
  • Your theme version and its required plugins are up to date.
  • You’ve checked out our video tutorials.
  • Remove any custom code you have added or/and disable any 3rd party you may use.
  • Then open a ticket in our Support System. It is worth noting that this is the only place we provide Support.
  • Last but not least, create separate tickets for different issues. This is fairer for both users and agents.

In case that you need to check the settings for the layout of one specific page, it is always recommended to use the Import on Demand. With this way you can get anything you like on our demo on your installation.

Scope of Support & Customizations

The scope of the support deals with more satisfied customers. We are willing to help you with anything around our WordPress Themes, but we cannot promise extensive support for every plugin and modification you need. We will consider all the requests from our customers but without promising anything as we focus on bug fixes and on how to extend our products with new useful features for all of our customers. Customizations are beyond the scope of this support forum as they are not part of the purchase package. So please be reasonable, nice & respectful. 🙂
