Somentra offers the possibility to set the preferable Heading tag for the titles in the widgets of your installation separately in the Sidebar and in the Footer.

Go to Somentra > Theme Options > Miscellaneous and define the Sidebar Headings Tag and Footer Sidebar Headings Tag options.
